Our public sector practice group is headed by Sandile Lukhele and offers a wide range of services including advice in respect public private partnerships, restructuring of state agencies, development finance and funding, Public Finance Management Act and procurement related matters and BEE equity equivalent transactions.

Our clients include government, public entities, development finance institutions and private corporations who transact, finance and deal with government and public entities.
