We have extensive experience in conducting investigations in both the public and private sector and are able to assist with the project management of an investigation including evidence preservation and analysis, interview and interrogation of witnesses and final reporting and presentation.

Our experience includes investigations into the breach of statutory and regulatory frameworks governing organs of state and parastatals. We have on several occasions advised on issues relating to the Public Finance Management Act as well as white collar crime in the private sector.
