We regularly provide advice in relation to a number of competition law issues facing our clients, including in relation to changes to the Competition Act.

We advise on and prosecute merger filings in relation to a wide variety of industries and across a number of jurisdictions in Africa. We have also been involved in contested merger filings and have intervened in merger proceedings on behalf of clients.

We have represented clients in relation to investigations by the Competition Commission into various prohibited practices, market and leniency applications, consent orders and complaint referrals.

We have conducted investigations on behalf of clients in order to establish the extent of non-compliance with the Competition Act. We also provide on-going competition law compliance training tailored to clients’ needs and circumstances.
