Noreen joined Read Hope Phillips as a director in 2005. Noreen has experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, private equity, BEE transactions, mining law transactions, the restructuring of corporate entities, securities regulations, stock exchange transactions and cross-border transactions.
